2022 Corporate Counsel Conference: Turn Up the Heat

Holland & Knight attorneys Kwamina Williford and Da'Morus Cohen will moderate panels at the National Bar Association - Commercial Law Section's 2022 Corporate Counsel Conference.

Ms. Williford will moderate the Signature Panel – General Counsel Roundtable on Friday, February 25 at 12:45 pm ET. The Honorary Co-Chairs will discuss a plethora of topics related to their career paths, retaining outside counsel, diversity, and other issues defining the role of General Counsel.

Mr. Cohen will moderate the CLE panel discussion "Best Practices for Crisis Management and Government Investigations" on Friday, February 25 at 3:00 pm ET. The panel of practitioners will engage in a direct, to-the-point discussion on how to effectively manage a crisis and how government investigations (including whistleblower suits) begin, develop and successfully get resolved.
