International Joint Venture Issues

Tax attorney Joshua Odintz will speak at the Practising Law Institute "Tax Planning for Domestic & Foreign Partnerships, LLCs, Joint Ventures & Other Strategic Alliances 2022" event. Mr. Odintz will participate in the "International Joint Venture Issues" panel where he will cover the impact of recent legislation and regulations on the choice to conduct business using a domestic or foreign partnership in both the outbound and inbound contexts. He will also talk about issues related to the formation, operation and termination of a business.
