Environmental Due Diligence 101 & Review of the New ASTM-21 Standard [CC]

Environment attorney Amy Edwards will participate in an American Bar Association webinar on the introduction of the Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) due diligence process. Ms. Edwards will be joined by other environmental attorneys and professionals to discuss the differences between the new ASTM-21 Standard and the former ASTM-13 Standard. The webinar will also detail ESAs, what goes into completing one, the importance of it and why it’s a critical part of due diligence.
