Inside the ESOP Framework: A Deeper Examination

Tax attorney Sean Sullivan will be speaking at The ESOP Association Southeast Chapter's Fall 2023 Conference in Alabama. Mr. Sullivan will present a detailed overview of employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) transactions, from client engagement to the creation of the ESOP trustee team. The session will also include a discussion of how to engage with employees to gain buy-in for an ESOP.
