A Tale of Forethought and Happenstance: PFOA/PFOS Cleanup Triggers in Massachusetts and California

Environmental attorney Dianne Phillips will speak during the Environmental Bankers Association (EBA) 2024 Annual Virtual Conference. The two-day program offers presentations on topics including climate change and climate action planning, updates on per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) regulation and due diligence for financial institutions.
