Sports Law attorneys Keith Carroll and Tyrone Thomas will be speaking on a panel at the Entertainment and Sports Law Conference presented by Tulane University School of Law and sponsored by Holland & Knight. They will discuss litigation and policy in the world of collegiate athletics, including name, image and likeness (NIL), National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) enforcements and eligibilty. Mr. Carroll and Mr. Thomas will also analyze whether college athletes may be considered employees of their schools.
