Environmental attorney Matthew Leopold will be a keynote speaker at a conference hosted by The C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School. The program, geared toward administrative law practitioners, will feature presentations on the post-Chevron judicial environment, financial regulatory trends, changes at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and questions about standing to file lawsuits against government agencies.
