The Holland & Knight Charitable Foundation, Inc. was created in 1996 to support the increasing charitable activities of the employees of Holland & Knight LLP. The Foundation is a public charity under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). The financial support for the Foundation comes from individual employees and clients of Holland & Knight, the Firm itself from time to time, and other organizations and individuals.

The Foundation supports various nonprofit entities in the communities the Firm serves.
