Disregarded Payment Loss Regulations Go Final
Tax attorney Joshua Odintz authored a Tax Executive article analyzing the surge of tax regulations issued by the Biden Administration during its final days, in particular the finalization of disregarded payment loss (DPL) regulations. This move caught many by surprise amid other expected updates aimed at implementing the Inflation Reduction Act.
