Politico
Immigration attorney Leon Fresco was featured in an interview with Politico about President Donald Trump's controversial executive order challenging birthright citizenship in the United States. The order, titled "Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship," aims to deny automatic citizenship to children born in the U.S. to undocumented immigrants and temporary visa holders without permanent status. Mr. Fresco discussed the legal battle ensuing from this order and expressed optimism for the plaintiffs' case.
