Pennsylvania Legislation to Watch in 2026
Labor and Employment attorney Toni Moran was cited in a Law360 article spotlighting Pennsylvania legislative proposals to watch in 2026, including a bill that would allow striking workers to collect unemployment compensation. Ms. Moran explained how House Bill 145, if enacted, could ease some of the financial pressures associated with strikes and potentially shift leverage in collective bargaining and negotiations.
"If passed, it would certainly change the dynamics of strikes and bargaining. Employee participation in strikes would go up," she said.
