In a survey of nearly 250 corporate counsel and client representatives conducted by The BTI Consulting Group, Inc., the firm ranked third in overall client service and received the top honor - "Best of the Best" - in the area of "Value For the Dollar."

The firm's clients gave it particularly high scores in the following areas:

  • Breadth of Services
  • Brings Together National Resources
  • Client Focus
  • Handles Problems
  • Helps Advise on Business Issues
  • Keeps Clients Informed
  • Legal Skills
  • Quality Products
  • Regional Reputation
  • Understands the Client's Business

Each year, BTI evaluates individual law firm performance through extensive interviews with corporate counsel. Those client representatives are asked to evaluate firms in 17 key areas of client service. The results are published in their Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance.

"Holland & Knight is proud to have received recognition from clients in each of the 17 categories measured this year," said Steven Sonberg, Holland & Knight's Managing Partner. "While all of these categories are important indicators of the high level of service we provide to our clients, our ranking as "Best of the Best" in delivering "Value for the Dollar" is most meaningful because it recognizes the great value clients attach to all aspects of our services."

Holland & Knight has been ranked among BTI's Top 30 for nine of the past ten years. The survey notes that, "Holland & Knight's staying power is fueled by the firm's consistently strong performances" in key areas year after year.
