Eight Holland & Knight Attorneys Appointed to Florida Bar Court Rules Committees

Tallahassee, Fla. – April 23, 2012 - Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that eight attorneys in the firm's Florida offices were recently appointed by the incoming President of The Florida Bar, Gwynne Young, to serve on Court Rules Committees.

The following attorneys will begin service on these committees on July 1, 2012.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) - Barbara Cocciolo, Associate, Jacksonville

Code & Rules of Evidence - David Jones, Partner, Orlando and John Chapman, Associate, Fort Lauderdale

Federal Court Practice - Matthew Zimmerman, Associate, West Palm Beach

Small Claims Rules - Robert Rogers, Associate, Orlando

Traffic Court Rules - Miriam Sowinski, Associate, Jacksonville

Members of The Florida Bar Court Rules Committees are responsible for proposing new rules, and reviewing and re-evaluating existing rules of procedure to advance orderly and efficient procedures in the administration of justice.
