Syndication Lawyer Sean Leonard Returns to Holland & Knight

Boston Syndication Attorney Sean LeonardBOSTON (November 4, 2015) – Holland & Knight today announced that Sean Leonard has rejoined its Boston office as a partner in the firm’s Syndication Group. He was previously a partner with Dentons in Boston.

Mr. Leonard focuses his practice on representing major institutional investors, community development entities and lenders in connection with new markets tax credit transactions. He also represents investors in low-income housing tax credit transactions, including direct investments in proprietary funds and investments in multi-investor funds.

“Sean possesses difficult-to-find experience as lead transaction counsel on a wide variety of syndicated tax credit transactions,” said Ted Hickey, who leads Holland & Knight’s Tax Credit Transactions practice. “His return to the firm represents an excellent opportunity to further grow our syndication practice in Boston.”

Mr. Leonard received a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. degree from Springfield College.
