Working Mother Honors Holland & Knight as One of the "Best Law Firms for Women"

MIAMI (September 8, 2020) — Working Mother has named Holland & Knight as one of the 2020 "Best Law Firms for Women," recognizing the firm for using best practices in finding, retaining, promoting and developing women lawyers. Holland & Knight was one of 60 firms that earned spots on this year's list, which was released today.

"We are especially grateful to be recognized with this award, as the winning firms are considered leaders in the industry in advancing and supporting the careers of women lawyers," said Judy Nemsick, chair of Holland & Knight's Women's Initiative.

The 2020 Working Mother "Best Law Firms for Women" application, administered by the Working Mother Research Institute, includes more than 300 questions about attorney demographics at different levels, partnership promotion, mentorship, sponsorship programs, schedule flexibility, paid time off and parental leaves, development and retention of women.

Working Mother founded the "Best Law Firms for Women" initiative in 2007.
