Overview
Johanna A. Argyros is a commercial contracts attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office. Ms. Argyros focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including policy review and grant agreements, and counsels clients on potential legal risks or exposure.
In addition, Ms. Argyros has experience drafting and litigating an array of contracts.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Argyros worked as a law clerk in private litigation firms for a decade, where she led successful negotiations, gained experience in filing appeals and drafted numerous agreements, complaints, motions and proposed orders.
While in law school, Ms. Argyros served on the executive board for several organizations and participated in a Street Law course, where she taught at-risk youth in the community the law and their rights. She also spent a semester at the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she developed, presented and argued cases on behalf of vulnerable taxpayers in controversies with the IRS who would otherwise not have access to justice.
