Joshua Arndt

Overview
Joshua Arndt is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Mr. Arndt focuses his practice on a variety of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, both locally and nationally.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Arndt served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marcia Morales Howard and the Honorable Wendy W. Berger, both of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, as well as the Honorable Michael T. Liburdi of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. In these roles, he assisted with various civil cases involving questions of federal and state law.
While in law school, Mr. Arndt served as an associate editor on the Michigan State Law Review and a judicial extern to the Honorable Richard Suhrheinrich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
