Overview

Hena Bajwa is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston and Dallas offices. Ms. Bajwa focuses her practice on oil and gas matters, with a particular emphasis on midstream transactions. She has significant experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, including gas gathering, processing, purchase and sale agreements; crude oil gathering, purchase and sale agreements; produced water gathering and disposal agreements; natural gas liquids purchase, sale and export agreements; and refined products terminalling, storage and throughput agreements.

In addition, Ms. Bajwa advises her clients on the acquisition and divestiture of midstream assets as well as the expansion of existing facilities. She counsels her clients through every phase of the construction and operation of midstream facilities, and regularly drafts, reviews and negotiates easement and right-of-way agreements; reimbursement agreements; engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements; connection agreements; operating agreements; and master service agreements.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Bajwa served as in-house counsel at a publicly traded midstream oil and gas company.
