Overview
Roxanna Brahimy is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Ms. Brahimy has experience with commercial lease disputes, lease drafting, landlord-tenant matters and construction disputes. In addition, she has extensive litigation experience in both New York Housing Court and the state's Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Brahimy was an attorney at a Manhattan-based real estate firm, where she represented landlords and property developers in litigation.
After law school, Ms. Brahimy served as a law clerk for the Hon. David Cohen of the Civil Court of the City of New York.
During law school, Ms. Brahimy was a legal intern for the Guardianship Clinic of Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and a legal intern in the litigation bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
