Michael L. Brown

Michael L. Brown is a commercial litigator and real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office, where he represents institutional lenders in creditors' rights litigation, foreclosures, insolvency, loan restructurings and workouts in New York and Massachusetts. 

Mr. Brown also focuses his practice on representing businesses and individuals in a wide array of business disputes, including complex contracts, business torts, commercial leasing and property disputes in state and federal courts. 

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Brown worked for a business litigation firm in Boston.
