Overview
Cole W. Browndorf is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Litigation Section. Mr. Browndorf focuses his practice on a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Mr. Browndorf's recent representative experience includes:
- represented an oil and gas company in litigation relating to breach of contract and defective work allegations
- represented an industrial safety equipment distributor in litigation surrounding mass product recall and breach of warranty allegations
- represented an oil and gas company in alleged fraudulent transfer action
- tried a case to jury relating to breach of leasing agreement for a pro bono client
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Browndorf served as a law clerk to the Honorable S. Maurice Hicks Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
During law school, Mr. Browndorf interned for the Nashville Resident Office of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and was a member of the Stanton Foundation First Amendment Clinic.
