Overview
Elizabeth "Beth" Brownstein is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Brownstein focuses her practice on general commercial litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Brownstein worked for an insurance trade association and also gained experience as a summer associate in the Miami office.
During law school, Ms. Brownstein was a member of the Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic, where she worked on a range of appeals before several federal courts. In addition, she gained knowledge and experience in emerging technology, commercial data collection and constitutional rights as a research assistant at Georgetown University Law Center.
