Hannah Buschner

Hannah J. Buschner represents clients in high-stakes probate and fiduciary litigation, helping them protect their interests when complex disputes arise over trusts, estates and the conduct of fiduciaries. Based in Boston, she is a member of Holland & Knight's Private Wealth Services Group, and her practice covers a broad range of trust and estate disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, trust and will contests, inheritance interference actions, contested accountings and other complex probate and fiduciary matters.

Hannah brings a strong litigation foundation and strategic perspective to her matters. Before joining the Firm, Hannah practiced as a litigation attorney at a boutique Boston law firm, where she advised clients on multifaceted civil disputes and provided strategic litigation and risk management guidance. During law school, Hannah worked as a litigation paralegal on a variety of civil matters, was a member of the Justice Sandra Day O'Connor Honors Program, and competed nationally as a member of the New England Law Mock Trial Team.

Drawing on both broad civil litigation experience and a focused trusts and estates practice, she helps clients navigate complex probate and fiduciary disputes with strategic insight and practical judgment.
