Hannah Buschner

Hannah J. Buschner is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the Private Wealth Services Group. Ms. Buschner focuses her practice on high-stakes probate and fiduciary litigation.

Ms. Buschner represents clients in a broad range of trust and estate disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, trust and will contests, inheritance interference actions, contested accountings and other complex probate and fiduciary matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Buschner practiced as a litigation trial attorney at a boutique Boston law firm, where she advised clients on multifaceted civil disputes and provided strategic litigation and risk management guidance.

While in law school, she was a member of the New England Law Mock Trial Team, competing nationally against other law schools.

Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Buschner worked as a litigation paralegal on a variety of complex civil matters.
