Will Campbell

Will Campbell is a litigation attorney in Holland and Knight's Nashville office and a member of the firm's Labor, Employment and Benefits Group. Mr. Campbell assists clients in defending against employment disputes arising under a wide range of federal and state laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
• Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
• Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
• Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
• National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
• Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)
• Tennessee Human Rights Act (THRA)

Mr. Campbell also works with clients to develop and draft effective employment policies and procedures to avoid potential litigation.
