Overview

Will Campbell is a litigation attorney in Holland and Knight's Nashville office and a member of the Labor, Employment and Benefits Group. Mr. Campbell assists clients in defending against employment disputes arising under a wide range of federal and state laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
  • Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
  • Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)
  • National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
  • Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA)
  • Tennessee Human Rights Act (THRA)

Mr. Campbell also works with clients to develop and draft effective employment policies and procedures to avoid potential litigation.

Prior to joining Holland and Knight, Mr. Campbell worked for more than five years on the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions, where he handled labor, employment and pensions policy for then-Chair Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) and then-Ranking Member Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.). Mr. Campbell handled policies ranging from, but not limited to, labor relations issues and wage-and-hour issues to workplace safety, equal employment opportunity, and single and multi-employer pension funding requirements.
