Colin Carr

Colin Carr is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office. Mr. Carr focuses his practice on a variety of financial matters.

Mr. Carr is experienced in lender and borrower side finance transactions, including secured loan transactions, structured finance, syndicated financings, and loan workouts and restructurings.

Before joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Mr. Carr was a summer associate in the firm's Houston office, where he gained experience on financing transactions and various corporate matters.

While in law school, Mr. Carr served as a business editor for the Houston Journal of International Law.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Carr worked in the maritime industry as a licensed engineer primarily on U.S. government-owned ships. He also has experience as a nuclear engineer onboard a U.S. aircraft carrier.
