Elizabeth Finnegan Cassillo

Elizabeth Cassillo is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. Cassillo advises clients in the financial services, real estate and healthcare sectors on a broad spectrum of sophisticated financing matters.

Ms. Cassillo works with borrowers and lenders on complex commercial finance transactions and provides guidance on acquisition financing and asset-based lending. She also supports clients through corporate restructuring initiatives.

In addition, Ms. Cassillo counsels borrowers and lenders on a variety of commercial finance arrangements, including acquisition financing, asset-based credit facilities, real estate and construction lending, and accounts receivable financing.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Cassillo was a summer associate in the firm's Nashville office.
