Alexei Chijoff-Evans

Alexei Chijoff-Evans is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Mr. Chijoff-Evans focuses his practice on project finance, leveraged and corporate debt finance.

Mr. Chijoff-Evans has significant cross-border and domestic experience in the project finance, energy and infrastructure sectors. He represents clients in relation to financings for the construction and maintenance of petrochemical refineries, energy storage and transmission projects, geothermal power plants, renewable energy projects such as wind-turbine installations and photovoltaic power stations, and tax equity and back-leverage financings of renewable energy assets.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Chijoff-Evans worked in the Asia-Pacific region at leading New York- and London-based law firms in their banking and finance teams.
