Overview
Erika Ivey Clifton is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. Clifton focuses her practice on a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including premises liability litigation and business torts.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Clifton served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Hanly A. Ingram in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. As a law clerk, Ms. Clifton worked on diverse matters ranging from Section 1983 claims and habeas corpus petitions to class actions and social security cases.
While in law school, Ms. Clifton was an executive editor for the Tennessee Law Review. She also served as chair of the Moot Court Board and as vice justice of Phi Alpha Delta's Sanford Chapter.
