Mr. Condos has experience representing financial services companies and other lending institutions with respect to the financing, acquisition and leasing of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial and storage facilities, hotels, multifamily housing and other types of commercial properties nationwide.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Condos worked as an associate attorney at a regional law firm based in Connecticut, with a focus on general corporate and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactional matters.
