Overview

Lindsey Cook is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Cook's practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and litigation in the healthcare industry. She often handles matters that involve complex issues of federal law, placing strong emphasis on nuanced legal analysis and persuasive writing.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Cook was an associate at a prominent Philadelphia-based law firm, where she represented clients in a wide range of matters, including high-stakes commercial actions, healthcare fraud cases, payor-provider disputes and employment matters. Ms. Cook also gained valuable experience clerking for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

During law school, Ms. Cook served on the Villanova Law Review as a staff writer and later as a student works editor.
