Overview
Brenden Dahrouge is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Mr. Dahrouge represents financial institutions and investment funds serving as trustees, collateral agents, depositaries and escrow agents in a broad range of secured and unsecured financings.
Mr. Dahrouge also advises banks serving as administrative agents, arrangers and lenders on warehouse lending and structured credit facilities. He has additional experience representing clients acting as borrowers, originators and servicers in two-tier, bankruptcy remote special purpose vehicle (SPV) structures.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Dahrouge was an associate at an international law firm.
