Meerna Dalal

Meerna Dalal is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Financial Services Practice Group. Ms. Dalal's practice includes matters pertaining to financial services, including representing financial institutions and business entities with respect to lending and investment transactions.

During law school, Ms. Dalal served on the editorial board for the Texas International Law Journal and as co-president for the Muslim Legal Society. She also participated in the Texas Transactional Skills Competition.

Prior to law school, Ms. Dalal completed a judicial externship at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Additionally, Ms. Dalal interned at the U.S. Senate.
