Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. de la Torre was a corporate finance and securities attorney in the New York office of a global law firm, where she advised issuers, underwriters and initial purchasers in connection with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered and unregistered offerings of equity and debt (both investment grade and high-yield), as well as public offerings and liability management transactions.
Not yet admitted to Tennessee Bar; admitted to New York Bar only and practicing under supervision of lawyers licensed to practice in Tennessee.
