Burke Depuy

Burke Depuy is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Depuy advises public and private clients on a variety of executive compensation matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), public offerings, equity and debt financings, executive compensation disclosure agreements, Section 409A compliance, incentive compensation plans, severance plans and retention plans. She represents clients in a large number of industries, including financial services, consumer products and technology.

While in law school, Ms. Depuy dedicated much of her time to children's advocacy and family law. She served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and a guardian ad litem, representing child clients in cases involving abuse, neglect and high-conflict custody disputes. Ms. Depuy's prior experience also includes serving as a law clerk in a governmental office in the employment sector and legal secretary at various New York personal injury firms.
