Jefflyne Desilme

Overview
Jefflyne Desilme is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Desilme focuses her practice on general commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts, as well as compliance‑focused matters.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Desilme is dedicated to pro bono service.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Desilme worked as a legal assistant at an immigration law firm. She gained additional experience as a summer associate in Holland & Knight's Miami office.
While in law school, Ms. Desilme served as director of coaches for the moot court team, a staff member of the FIU Law Review and president of the Haitian-American Law Students Association. She also served as a volunteer law clerk at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Roy Altman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
