Overview
Christopher DiLuccio is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office, where he focuses his practice on a variety of commercial real estate and real estate finance matters, including leasing transactions, acquisitions, and representation of borrowers and lenders in origination transactions and mortgage loans.
In addition, Mr. DiLuccio represents servicers and special servicers in connection with collateralized loan obligations (CLO) and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) trusts.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. DiLuccio worked for a real estate law firm in New York City.
