Overview
Nichole Olajuwon is the Director of Engagement and Career Development for Holland & Knight and is based in the Houston office.
Ms. Olajuwon works to enrich Holland & Knight's culture, strengthen collaboration and broaden opportunities for engagement and professional success throughout the Firm.
She leads engagement and career development strategies and works closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with Holland & Knight's strategic objectives, talent priorities and values while advancing professional development, belonging, opportunity and workplace experience across the business and practice of law.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Olajuwon was an attorney with a Texas-based law firm, where she represented a variety of clients in various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, private equity investments and other general corporate governance matters. She subsequently served in a firmwide leadership role for more than 15 years focused on advancing workplace culture, inclusivity and attorney development.
