Overview
Alexandra Duplin is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Tax Credit Transactions Practice. Ms. Duplin practices in the areas of business and tax law, with an emphasis on transactions financed by low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC).
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Duplin was a summer associate and then a law clerk in the firm's Boston office. While in law school, Ms. Duplin interned with a national nonprofit affordable housing developer and community builder. Ms. Duplin also spent some time interning for a California-based housing startup providing innovative solutions to saturated neighborhoods via the use of prefabricated accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
Prior to law school, Ms. Duplin worked as a senior paralegal for three years supporting the closing of tax credit-financed transactions. Ms. Duplin focused primarily on assisting in the representation of equity investors in federal LIHTC transactions.
