Sidney Edgar

Sidney Edgar is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance and securities.

While in law school, Ms. Edgar gained valuable experience as a legal intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and as a notes and comments editor of the Florida State University Law Review, where she developed strong legal writing and editing skills.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Edgar spent two years in the consulting industry, assisting local government agencies with improving data governance, security and privacy processes.
