Miguel Escobar

Miguel A. Escobar is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office and is a member of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Mr. Escobar's litigation experience includes drafting pleadings and motions, as well as discovery management.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Escobar interned with a large Houston-based plaintiff's firm, where he gained invaluable experience in alternative dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.

While in law school, Mr. Escobar served as a comment editor for the Estate Planning & Community Property Law Journal, and as director of negotiations for the Board of Barristers.
