Overview

Gabriella Falcone is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Tax Credit Transactions Practice. Ms. Falcone focuses her practice on business and tax law, with an emphasis on syndicated real estate transactions financed by low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTC) and the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC).

Ms. Falcone also represents syndicators in fund-level matters, including partnership interest transfers and the structuring and closing of multi-investor and proprietary funds.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Falcone worked as an attorney in the international tax practice at a Big Four accounting firm in Boston, where she advised multinational corporations on cross-border transactions and restructurings.

During law school, Ms. Falcone interned in the legal department at a large financial technology company, where she was exposed to a variety of corporate legal and tax matters. She also served as articles editor for the Boston College Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal. Additionally, she was a student attorney in the school's Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic, as well as a teaching assistant and research assistant to Professor Sandy Tarrant.
