Xuan Feng

Xuan Feng is a financial services attorney in Holland & Knight's Los Angeles office. Ms. Feng focuses her practice on providing counsel to banks, institutional lenders and other financial institutions in a wide range of domestic and cross‑border financing transactions.

Ms. Feng's practice includes leveraged finance, asset-based lending, credit facilities and securities‑based lending in connection with acquisitions, refinancings, working capital facilities and general corporate purposes.

In addition, Ms. Feng regularly advises lenders on bilateral and syndicated credit facilities, investment vehicles and other complex financing arrangements. She leverages her prior experience in sales and marketing to provide solutions that support client needs in sophisticated financing environments.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Feng was an attorney at a national law firm in its New York office.
