Overview
Maddie F. Fenton is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia and San Francisco offices whose practice focuses on the education and employment industries.
Ms. Fenton has extensive experience representing and advising public and private companies in complex civil litigation across the country.
In addition to her master's degree in higher education, Ms. Fenton's education experience spans the field, including secondary and postsecondary institutions. She handles issues at the forefront of the industry, drawing on a practical understanding of the challenges organizations and employers face at every stage of advising and litigation.
Barred in California, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Ms. Fenton maintains an active practice in all three states. In the community, she serves on the board of directors of The Reflect Organization, a national nonprofit organization.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Ms. Fenton was a summer associate in the Philadelphia office.
