Overview

Kameron Fleming is a Jacksonville litigation attorney with a practice that includes advocacy in state and federal court with a focus on commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Fleming served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jacob Brown of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division. As a law clerk, Mr. Fleming assisted the judge in numerous aspects of case management, including preparation for court proceedings and hearings. Additionally, Mr. Fleming drafted orders for the judge's consideration in adversarial proceedings involving complex financial disputes.

Prior to his clerkship, Mr. Fleming was in private practice in the St. Louis office of a midsized firm, where he handled many multiparty disputes in commercial litigation matters involving product liability, insurance defense, railroad law and medical malpractice.

While in law school, Mr. Fleming was the managing editor of the Global Studies Law Review, where he managed a team of 40 editors and supervised the publishing of Volume 20 of the series.
