William John Ford

William John Ford is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Orlando office. Mr. Ford focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.

Mr. Ford has experience representing clients in contract disputes, partnership and business divorces, restrictive covenant enforcement, commercial image use and corporate governance disputes.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Ford worked as an attorney at a Dallas-based boutique law firm, where he focused on high-stakes, complex commercial litigation. He also previously served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Honorable John L. Badalamenti and the Honorable Mac R. McCoy, both of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
