Overview
Hollie Forst is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville and Washington, D.C., offices and a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice. Ms. Forst focuses her practice on a variety of commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, both locally and nationally.
Ms. Forst's practice includes business, banking, insurance and contract disputes across a range of industries.
In addition, Ms. Forst maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Forst served as a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy Corrigan of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In this role, she assisted with various civil cases, including federal and state law matters involving constitutional, employment and tort disputes.
Ms. Forst graduated second in her law school class. While in law school, Ms. Forst served as a student attorney representing veterans in appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims as part of the school's Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marcia Morales Howard of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and as a summer associate in Holland & Knight's Jacksonville office for two consecutive summers.
Prior to law school, Ms. Forst worked in human resources for an international manufacturing corporation.
