Baron Giddings

Baron C. Giddings is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office, where he focuses his practice on commercial and real estate litigation. Mr. Giddings is experienced in representing corporate and individual parties in contract disputes, complex commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolutions in state and federal courts.

Mr. Giddings represents financial institutions, special servicers and mezzanine lenders in connection with distressed real estate loans in the exercise of remedies, such as receiverships, foreclosures, workouts and related litigation. Mr. Giddings has represented clients spanning various industries, including in the hospitality, technology and firearm sectors.

During law school, Mr. Giddings externed for various programs involved in providing dispute resolution aid for individuals in the New York City Small Claims Court, Bronx County. Mr. Giddings remains an active and lifetime member of organizations dedicated to community service.
