Overview

Gabriel Godoy is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Mr. Godoy focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes in federal and state court, including matters regarding commercial torts, intellectual property (IP) and unfair competition, privacy and defamation, securities and insurance. Mr. Godoy has litigated several class actions and has experience litigating in trial and appellate courts.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Godoy was a litigation associate at an international law firm in New York. Prior to that role, he clerked for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Roanne Mann in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. During law school, Mr. Godoy interned for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Andrea Simonton in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
