Mark Gracyk

Mark Gracyk is a senior public affairs advisor in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office and a member of the firm's Public Policy & Regulation Group. Mr. Gracyk focuses on political action committee (PAC) management, PAC strategy, as well as compliance matters related to the Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA) and U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE).

Prior to joining to Holland & Knight, Mr. Gracyk was a PAC practitioner at two corporate PACs (a multinational manufacturer and a utility company), where he led PAC solicitation strategies, PAC communications and PAC-related compliance filings.

Before managing corporate PACs, Mr. Gracyk worked in a number of political roles for members of the U.S. House of Representatives, primarily as a PAC fundraiser. He also gained a substantive introduction to the previous Affordable Care Act (ACA) implementation in 2014 while working for a healthcare trade association. 

In the community, Mr. Gracyk is an active member of LGBTQ+ organizations as they relate to business and public policy.
