Overview
Abigail Grise is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Ms. Grise focuses her practice on complex commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Ms. Grise's experience also includes white collar criminal defense, investigations and enforcement actions by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), internal investigations and insurance coverage matters.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Grise was a litigation associate at an international law firm in New York.
While in law school, Ms. Grise served as an intern in the Economic Crimes Unit at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Jersey. She also worked as a student attorney in the school's Impact Litigation Clinic, where she successfully argued an appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. In addition, Ms. Grise served as an article editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and competed nationally on the Interscholastic Moot Court Board.
